Retainer fee POLICY
A Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable retainer fee of $60.00 is required to secure your appointments. The retainer fee will be applied toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment.

Booking REMINDER
As a courtesy, I will send you a text or email REMINDER 3 days prior to your appointment. However; if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

NO KIDS OR EXTRA GUESTS PLEASE, ESA PETS ARE WELCOME.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
You must arrive NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES from your schedule appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered as "NO SHOW" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
Reschedule can be done at max 4 times. If you must reschedule, please allow at least 3 days of advance notice. Anything within that 3 days before your schedule appointment, you will not be able to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to make an appointment.

YOU WILL NEED A DOCTOR’S NOTE IF YOU HAVE:
– Cancer – Epilepsy – Lipus-Autoimmune disorder – Bleeding disorder – Circulatory disorders

The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune system.

(If you are on medication for any reason, please know that the medication may cause pigment to not retain properly)

• DO not book if you are under 18
• DO not book if you have a history of keloid scarring
• DO not book if you are pregnant or nursing
• DO not book if you are allergic to metal and color 
• DO not book if you currently use ACCUTANE or any other Retinoids
• DO not book if you have a pacemaker or major heart problems
• Do not book if you have Eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis
• Do not book if you are allergic to lidocaine or epinephrine. You will still have an option to proceed but without a numbing agent to reduce the pain.
